2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by [hosting provider, based in the EU]. When you visit the website, the server automatically stores technical data (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser type). This data is necessary for operating the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after 14 days at the latest. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server. No data is transferred to third parties.
4. Request form and email
If you write to us using the request form or by email, we process your details (name, phone and/or email, type of work, message) in order to answer your request and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures). The request is delivered to us by email; we use [email provider] for this. The data is deleted once your request has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Photos in the request form
You may voluntarily send up to five photos of the property so that we can better estimate the work. Please do not photograph people. Your browser makes the photos smaller before sending and removes embedded metadata such as location data. Our server does not store the photos; it only forwards them to us by email together with your request. We use the photos exclusively for your request and delete them at the latest after six months if no contract is concluded (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
